Spiruliving Institute develops sustainable fresh living spirulina clean-farming technology, and fresh living spirulina products and marketing channels to make this functional superfood available to a greater population to improve nutrition, prevent disease, promote healing, and improve food security on earth, in space and on other planets.
Spirulina farming absorbs CO2 and expels oxygen - the more farms we develop, the more CO2 we sequester.
Our Spirulina Against Malnutrition (SAM) program seeks to create hundreds of localized spirulina farms across Sub-Saharan Africa to counter malnutrition among pregnant mothers, babies, children and others in need.
