Webinar M-ICR017 Integrated Direct Air Capture and Microalgae Carbon Removal Methodology

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Online

As part of the ongoing public consultation for the ICR methodology M-ICR017 Integrated Direct Air Capture and Microalgae Carbon Removal Methodology, we are pleased to invite you to a webinar jointly hosted by the International Carbon Registry (ICR), Aarksee Holding Co WLL, and Ecoveda Climate LLP. The webinar will present the methodology and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to engage directly, ask questions, and provide feedback. About the methodology M-ICR017 introduces a framework to quantify net greenhouse gas removals from an integrated system combining Direct Air Capture (DAC) with microalgae cultivation. Atmospheric CO₂ is captured using DAC technologies, biologically fixed into algal biomass, and stored in durable products such as concrete, biochar, and soil amendments, enabling long-term carbon storage.
